Melrose Premium Liquid Coconut Oil is derived from sustainable coconut plantations in the Philippines and is made up of mostly medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). These fatty acids are easy to digest and provide a healthy source of energy. This is always liquid as the saturated fats have been removed from it (via fractionation) during processing. An ideal everyday healthy cooking oil alternative.
A versatile oil that can be used for all types of cooking and desserts. Melrose Premium Liquid Coconut Oil has a mild nutty flavour and minimal aroma which compliments any cuisine and perfect for desserts.
Cooking at low temperatures, smoke point – low, can be heated to approximately 160°C.
