Free shipping offer

Customers who purchase more than HK$500.00 or above in the online store can enjoy free shipping service to the home (calculated on a per order basis and only for a single delivery location).

If the total purchase amount is less than HK$500.00 the customer must pay the delivery service fee:
- Delivery to SF Station: Payment for delivery to SF Station.
- Delivery to the house: Payment for the delivery service + Payment for delivery to the house.

Delivery time
When we confirm the receipt of the payment, we will arrange the delivery as soon as possible, and the general delivery time will be shipped within the Delivery Service Area in 3 working days after the receipt of the payment.

  • Delivery Service Area: Hong Kong Islands, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands - Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
  • No delivery service to the following areas: Clear Water Bay – Po Toi O, Clear Water Bay – Tai Miu, Lau Fau Shan, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Lung Kwu Tan, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Outlying Islands (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay), Sak Kung – Pak Tam Chung (including Hoi Ha Wan), Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Tai Po – Plover Cove ( including Luk Keng).

 

Shipping notice
After delivery, we will send you an email notification and inform you of the SF Express shipment tracking number. You can go directly to the SF Express website to check the logistics of the goods.
 
Failed to delivery
If the goods are not delivered due to incorrect address or no receipt, the goods will be returned and re-shipped. All additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for the delay caused by the relevant reasons.

Special delivery arrangements affected by bad weather
The delivery service will be postponed when the gale signal hangs, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when we judge that the delivery is unsafe.
 
The company reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the company is the final decision.
