Our organic certification guarantees that this honey is free of any added chemicals and is harvested away from industrial areas, sanitary landfills or garbage dumps. The bees have not been fed with sugar and no chemicals are used while extracting the honey. PureHarvest do not heat the honey over 45°C ensuring the optimum levels of enzymes and nutritional value of the honey are retained.
