Beechworth’s Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey - Leatherwood is a species endemic only to Tasmania and is found in cool temperate rainforest on the west coast of Tasmania. It is a prized and sought after honey due to its scarcity and unique flavour. It has distinctive and strong floral aromas. To taste, it has a bold flavour with hints of spice and is slightly dry with a long, lingering aftertaste. A great accompaniment with Cheese.
